I was lost. I did not understand why I was here. I did not know where to go or what to do. I felt alone, abandoned, and misunderstood. It left me to be sad, depressed, and suicidal. I was young. I was a drug addict. I loved to numb my pain and trauma. I loved to have fun. It made me temporarily happy. I was quite busy most of the time. I was almost always high. It lifted me up from my darkness in a naive way…(MORE)

It was on June 28, 1986, that I received the most meaningful and valuable act of love and compassion anyone has ever shown me in my life. I’d suffered a miscarriage, and I was devastated. Inconsolable. Totally destroyed. My friend Janya came over to my house, kicked her shoes off, climbed up in my bed with me, wrapped her arms around me, and just held me while I cried. And cried. And cried. I’ll never forget that.

On the evening of Friday 18 June 2021, I got a phone call that my sister had died. On Saturday I started to listen to worship music mostly to hallelujah from the valley and I started to thank God. On the first day I thanked him that he will help me get through this difficult time…(MORE)

My testimony of Jesus Christ starts with He is the reason I move forward each day. I have my own crosses to bear as everyone else does, and He has helped me each time I've asked. He has been with me since I was a young girl, sometimes I didn't recognize it at the time but as I look back, He was aware of my many hardships. He was and is with me, throughout my celebrations, especially having all 27 of our family members together on a cruise Thanksgiving week… (MORE)

After being diagnosed with Stage Four Cancer in September 2020, I now live with my daughter & husband in Costa Mesa, California where I got into The City of Hope for medical treatment. So far I’ve not been in pain and qualified for Patient assistance for my Chemo medication. I have accomplished all of this with my faith in God.

We have known the Lord Jesus as the Savior of our souls, our Redeemer, our Guide, our Shepherd, and our soon-coming King since we were teenagers. We love and serve Him with all our hearts. We have been married 64 years and He has never failed to help, heal and guide us. It is a wonderful way to live, full of gratitude for each day He gives us on this earth. With a heart full of love and thankfulness—

I accepted the Lord when I was 19 years old, this was the most important decision of my life. Jesus is my everything He has given me strength through many trials and hard times. God works everything together for good if we just seek Him first.

My husband Sam and I have been High School Sweethearts from Freshman year on. We got married the year after we graduated from High School. Sam and I both got jobs, and he went into the National Guard. I always felt the Lord was watching over us and blessing us. A few years later, God blessed us with a wonderful, talented Son, Nick. 3 years later, we had a beautiful baby girl, Michelle. And then… (MORE)

I was raised in an environment of faith. It seemed natural to believe when I was young because everyone else did. As I was growing up, I started struggling with depression and it lasted for 20+ years. During those years of depression, some days I struggled to hope. Many days – countless days – Christ would come to my rescue. It was always simple – maybe a song that came on the radio, or a scripture that answered a question. Some days it was the feeling of peace that came after a prayer, or a listening ear of a friend that was prompted to call me. Some days, the rays of the sun simply healed me, as they felt so much like being in the light of the Son… (MORE)

I've been a Christian for many years, but I recently started going to a new church. My first Sunday there, Nov. 14,2021, the Pastor gave an altar call for salvation or prayer. I had total reverse shoulder replacement (right) surgery on Sept 1, 2021, and I had sustained a hairline fracture in one of the bones at physical therapy, so that was put on hold. I also had a painful, burning spot under my incision that hurt with even clothes rubbing it. I could only move my arm about 3 inches forward… (MORE)

I know of a surety that Jesus Christ is God’s son, and my Savior. He gives me breath each day and the strength to move forward. I know that I never have to endure hardship alone- through every trial in my life, his compassion and goodness has kept me grounded. I know that life on earth would have no purpose if it weren’t for his sacrifice. Each day, he’s there to help me; he’s there to be my friend. I know that in his strength, I can endure all things.

Sharing my Faith in Jesus and God is what my life has been about since accepting his Grace at age 35. After I retired, I went to Eastern Europe and Russia to share with those who had never heard the name JESUS previously in their lives!

I am a Christian and have always believed because my Mother raised me in the words of the Bible, One day many years later, I lay outside of surgery alone. As I lay there, another woman was sedated and lay next to me. My husband had just told me he was leaving to have lunch with our son. As I lay there I thought, I bet her husband is here waiting so she doesn’t have to be alone. A tear ran down the side of my face to my right ear. All of a sudden a song I had on a record came to my mind… (MORE)

I am a Christian. Jesus Christ is my God and I have made personal commitments to do my best to live according to His teachings and to always remember Him. Because of the gift of resurrection made possible by Jesus Christ I will live again after I die. One day after this earthly experience I will be allowed to return to live with Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and my family and friends. This is possible because Jesus Christ also atoned for my mistakes and sins. Jesus Christ is my Savior… (MORE)

I thought I had a testimony of Jesus Christ until a friend of mine recommended that I read the New Testament as a little child with no preconceived notions. When I did, it blew my mind! My mind was opened up to a new Lord and Savior. I was overwhelmed with love and gratitude for what Jesus Christ has done for me! I became acquainted with a new and bigger God and a Jesus Christ who paid for my sin in full. What a selfless gift! I love Him so much! More than anything! He is my God and my salvation. Praise Him!

I can’t begin to say what I feel in my heart about my Savior Jesus Christ. His love for me overwhelms me. The patience He shows me is astounding. By looking to Him I am a better person. He has blessed me through triumphs and trials alike. He has lifted me when I’m down and rejoiced with me when I’m up. He has put wonderful people in my life that exemplify and emulate His life. He has given me a wonderful family that bless and stretch me. He loves me enough to teach me. I Love my Savior Jesus Christ and I know that he Loves me.

I didn’t attend church as a child. As I grew up I learned of Jesus. My mother taught me to say the Lord’s Prayer at bedtime. I started to go to church after I was married and accepted the Lord as my savior, and was baptized when I was in my 20’s. I have been saved by his love for me more times than I can even mention. He is always near and gets me through life’s hardest times! He has blessed and forgiven me more than I ever deserve. I love him and praise his Holy name. King of kings, Lord of all . Jesus my Savior.

…To think the Lord loved two ole’ wretches like us, from the horrible times, crippled by meth, and put us where we are now, is pretty amazing. We say to each other we couldn’t have planned this if we tried! To think? I thought meth was the most excellent high anyone could experience, but I can speak to you about a high like none other. It is the high you can experience, with Jesus Christ. Thank God, He redeems our failures and uses them for His glory. The things you remember with shame, now become examples of God’s amazing grace and power to change lives. and this is available for you too. (MORE)

I believe that Jesus Christ has blessed my life in many ways. Looking back, I see his hand in all the the good things that have happened to me. Some of those blessings include the woman I married, my education, my profession, and my children, I feel he gives me opportunities to serve others almost daily and when I respond to them, I get a of sense of closeness and a better understanding of him.
