I am a Christian. Jesus Christ is my God and I have made personal commitments to do my best to live according to His teachings and to always remember Him. I know that I am a child of God the Father, and that Jesus Christ is His Only Begotten Son and my Savior and Redeemer. Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are three distinct divine persons. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have physical bodies. The Holy Ghost does not have a physical body but one of spirit. And together these three divine persons constitute the Godhead. Each one knows and loves me. I love and honor Them.

I have arrived at this time and place in accordance with Their great Plan to make true and lasting happiness possible for myself and all mankind, to gain a physical body in the image of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, and to have experiences and make choices in order to become more like Them. I know that because of the gift of resurrection made possible by Jesus Christ I will live again after I die, and that my physical body will be fully and perfectly restored with my spirit. I know that one day after this earthly experience I will be allowed to return to live with Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and my family and friends. And this is possible because Jesus Christ also atoned for my mistakes and sins for which I am unable to resolve through my own abilities and choices while I live on earth. And I know these truths by the gift and power of the Holy Ghost. For these blessings and this knowledge I am, and will be, eternally grateful.
