I bear my testimony that the Holy Ghost changes hearts. This time in mortality is our chance to overcome the natural man and be spiritually reborn. We can become sanctified through the healing power of the Holy Ghost and the atonement of Jesus Christ. Heavenly father wants us to repent and has given us the gift of prayer so that we may have regular communion with him. Although this life is full of trials and we must suffer sickness, weakness, and the other affects of the fallen world, we can lift up our heads and rejoice for we know that Jesus Christ has overcome all.
